HAL 3101 is the lower class of tetherless adult patient simulator. Apparently, the main difference compared to iStan je the lack of in-build physiological model. Still, it is the patient simulator of the same qualitative and quantitative properties as iStan,.

        - realistic heart sounds

        - option to use real medical devices (ECG and defibrillator)

        - measurement of blood pressure (sphygmometer, palpation, ausculatiton)

        - Korotkoff sounds between systolic and diastolic pressures

        - real pulses synchronised with ECG
